Expand hands-on career pathways, workforce certifications, industry-aligned technology, and real-world learning opportunities that prepare students for college and high-demand careers.
Improving Safety and Security
Additional funding would support efforts to maintain safe, secure, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff across Westminster Public Schools. Resources could help strengthen school safety systems, emergency preparedness, and other districtwide measures designed to protect students, employees, and school communities.
Improving Academic Achievement
Additional funding would support efforts to improve academic achievement for all Westminster Public Schools students. Resources could be used to strengthen classroom instruction, provide additional academic supports and interventions, expand access to high-quality learning opportunities, and help ensure students have the tools and support they need to make progress and succeed. I
Attracting & Retaining Teachers
Additional funding would support Westminster Public Schools’ efforts to recruit and keep high-quality teachers in its classrooms. Resources could help WPS remain competitive in attracting educators, retain experienced staff, and provide greater stability for students by keeping strong teachers in the district.
